Dear Family and Friends,
It’s been a few days since Sunday’s message, “Surrendering Into Newness,” and you might already be noticing a little spiritual itchiness, those moments when the old skin feels just a little too tight. That’s a good sign! It means your soul is stretching, expanding, and whispering, “We’re not done yet.”
Remember, shedding isn’t a one-and-done event. It’s a process… sometimes a messy, funny, beautiful process. And surrender doesn’t mean giving up—it means giving way to something bigger, brighter, and more YOU.
So remember:
- Notice when an old story tries to rerun inside your mind—and lovingly switch the channel.
- Play with curiosity. Ask Life, “What newness are you cooking up for me today?”
- Let yourself be surprised. Spirit loves a good surprise reveal.
- And don’t forget to celebrate every little moment of letting go—those deserve a victory dance.
- Remember our practitioners and ministers are here to support you.
You are shedding, not breaking. You are unfolding, not unraveling. Spirit and I are right here, cheering on every brave step into your next becoming. Stay open, stay curious, and whatever you do… don’t get caught with your principles down. As my beloved Rev. Cynthia Clair use to say “I can’t wait to see how this turns out!”
