Dear Family and Friends,
Thank you, Rev. Frannie, for delivering the message last Sunday while Rev. Cheryl and I were away celebrating my 60th birthday. I appreciate the time away to reset and prepare for our event this coming weekend. We have about 75-80 people who will be joining us for the Linked in Sprit-Join in Joy Gathering, and I am looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones.
Gary Lynn Floyd has a new album that drops today, so our Center will be some of the first to hear his new songs. We have a cast of ministers and practitioners from Agape, CSL, and Unity who are always inspirational and uplifting. Each of the people who will be here practices “new thought” not only by living the teachings but also by not staying stuck in old ways of living life. I believe that new thoughts are required to evolve from the circumstances and conditions in which we are currently engaged, so that we can move into new ways of living and loving.
I hope that each of you will decide to come down to LVCSL and join us for at least Gary Lynn Floyd’s concert on Friday night, and to attend our joint service on Sunday at 10 am, featuring our speaker, Rev. Dr. Raymont Anderson. I promise it will be an amazing gift to yourself.
