Dear Family and Friends,
Sunday was another wonderful day together here at the Center.
The Talk Title, Embrace the Now, is so important because the only shift that can be made happens in the present moment.
Here is a short story that represents exactly the power of now. Enjoy!Namasté,

A woman named Clara
shared her insights:
I was cooking dinner and looking around my messy house, and the thought came to my mind: “I’m tired, and overwhelmed.” Once I bought into that story, I noticed my energy sink. Then my perception shifted, and I realized that the tired and overwhelmed parts of me are here.
That small shift didn’t cause the same energy sink; instead it create more spaciousness. I then said, “The tired and overwhelmed ones are visiting.” What a shift that made! It acknowledged that it’s all temporary, that this too shall pass. It opened me to even more spaciousness.
I then had some insights… The stories in our minds are just like the weather – it comes and goes. Some days it’s sunny, some days it’s rainy, somedays it’s snowy, etc. I can’t control the weather and it’s not permanent. It’s always shifting and impossible to control. The only choice is to experience it as it is – to see it.
