Dear Friends and Family, 

This past Sunday, we had fun affirming, “Heads Up…Wings Out…She (He, They, or Them) Ready! In theory, we have taken a break and paused to gain a little perspective. Just in case you have not taken the opportunity to step away from your norm, this weekend is the last holiday weekend before Thanksgiving, so perhaps you can find some time to sit back and relax (even if it is just for a couple of hours).

As each of us moves forward after our break, we can choose to rise and re-emerge from a place of strength and power. We can then feel that we are not just ready but excited about what we will co-create with the law of our being. We can then move towards our individual next steps towards fulfilling our dreams, goals, and aspirations.

My talk last Sunday had to be shifted a little because the sound from the video was not working. I intended to show you a video that inspired me to move through my various and sundry patterns that thwart my success in multiple areas.
