Dear Friends and Family,
The Beatitudes, a list of blessed people found in the Bible’s Matthew 5:3-10 are ways in which each of us can choose to live from a place that empowers us to live in heaven on earth. The talk title last week was Personal Power. I believe that if we embrace the Master Teacher’s teaching, we can undoubtedly move ourselves into the experience of discovering our own personal power.
As metaphysicians, people who believe in New Thought, Religious Scientists might find the verbiage challenging, but remember, we believe in the metaphysical interpretation of the Bible. Let’s be willing to open up our minds and hearts so that perhaps we can use that which might help us move towards that which might serve us to a greater degree.
My prayer is that we all find the tools that serve us to move forward toward that next level so that one day soon, a world that works for everyone is here at hand.
The Beatitudes
Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are the meek, for they shall possess the land. It might help if you think of meek as humble or those coming from a place of ego.
Blessed are they who mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after justice: for they shall have their fill.
Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the clean of heart: for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they that suffer persecution for justice’s sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
I look forward to seeing you tomorrow to celebrate Las Vegas CSL’s many blessings and accomplishments. Thank you all that have been a part of our this journey.
