Dear Friends and Family,
Last Sunday, we had the opportunity to enjoy a joint service with a guest speaker many of us had not yet met, share lunch together, exchange books, hear from local authors, and participate in a workshop. For many of us, it felt a little like the “good old days”: those times before the pandemic when our hallways were busier, our classrooms were fuller, and our community gathered in many different ways throughout the week.
Rev. Cheryl and I remain committed to creating those opportunities for connection, inspiration, learning, and growth. We envision a community filled with diverse speakers, classes, authors, workshops, musicians, vocalists, health and wellness fairs, movies, concerts, luncheons, joint services, and celebrations that enrich both our spiritual home and the wider Las Vegas community.
The truth is that everything we experienced last Sunday is possible because of a community that participates. Your presence matters. Your energy matters. Your willingness to invite others matters. And yes, your financial support matters as well. Together, these expressions of generosity help create the experiences that nourish our spiritual lives and keep our center vibrant and growing.
As we prepare to celebrate our 25th Anniversary this fall, we are excited about all that lies ahead. In the coming months, you’ll hear about special events, celebrations, and opportunities to support the vision we are creating together.
