Dear Friends and Family,
Is the Earth still rotating around the Sun? Although it was great to go away and come back with great news about what the larger organization is doing, and that our Center is now known throughout CSL. It is time to get back to work. We have big plans for some fun fundraisers this summer, and the first one is set for Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 10). We have a joint service with Unity that Sunday, and Daniel Namod will be here to speak and have a concert following the service. A light continental breakfast will be served during the break between service and the concert, and tickets are $30. I promise you that this will be a wonderful way to spend Mother’s Day, celebrate, and participate in providing more flow to our beautiful community.
Sunday, May 31st, we have another joint service. Rev. Sara Nichols will be our guest speaker; she will lead a workshop. Prior to that, we have a few local authors presenting brief talks about their books, which will be available for sale. This is our Inspired Word Showcase. Rev Karen Linsley, Rev Sandy Smith, Practitioner Sue Fullmer, and our own Mary Jo Clark will be here presenting that Sunday. More details are coming soon regarding Rev Sara’s workshop and some of our upcoming events in June. Stay Curious! I hope to see you all there.
