Dear Family and Friends,
It’s easy to smile back at someone who smiles at us, but true spiritual practice begins where comfort ends. Those unlikeable moments, people, or even the parts of ourselves we resist aren’t obstacles to love — they’re invitations to deepen it. Every irritation, every judgment, every “no” we encounter is really Spirit whispering, “Can you see Me here, too?” When we soften, even just a little, love has room to do its quiet, holy work. Remember — Spirit is in the pause.
