ps for last sunday
Rev. Cheryl

Dear Family and Friends,

This past Sunday, we reflected on the truth that we are “Whole No Matter What”. Our spiritual journey is not about becoming whole—it is about remembering that we have always been whole. We explored the idea that there are no “bad parts,” only parts of ourselves inviting us to meet them with greater compassion and kindness.

On the Fourth of July, I noticed a handwritten message on the wall of a bathroom stall that simply read: “The people around you are your support. We can weather anything with community.” Those words stayed with me. They reminded me that while each of us is already whole, we were never meant to walk this journey alone. Our spiritual community offers encouragement, compassion, and a loving reminder of the Truth whenever we forget it ourselves.

This week, may you meet every part of yourself with kindness, lean into the support of your community, and remember: our work is not becoming whole—it is remembering that we have always been whole.

Peace and Blessings,
Rev. Cheryl Bell
