A Legacy of Love
(Original poem for Mother’s Day)

She did not build with wood or stone,

Yet raised a world with heart alone.

With gentle hands and eyes that knew,

She shaped the soul, she saw it through.

No crown adorned her quiet grace,

Yet heaven shone upon her face.

She planted truth in tender ground,

And watered it without a sound.

Through storms and joy, through loss and gain,

She bore the light, she bore the pain.

And still her love lives on today—

A guiding star, a sacred way.

So let us walk the path she gave,

With every step, a life she saved.

For in her care, we all became

A legacy that speaks her name.
