 This morning, I awakened to news that Nevada is the 6th most stressed state in the nation. My mind said, “That can’t be the truth.” Quickly, I went to my laptop, and sure enough, WalletHub conducted a study comparing our nation’s 50 states across 40 key indicators of stress, with the intention of helping people determine where to live to achieve a more relaxing life. “High poverty rates, limited healthcare access, low job security, and high divorce rates contribute to top-tier stress levels.”

Even for those who don’t feel that stress based upon that criterion, I think it is good to know that we each have an opportunity, and as a Spiritual Center, perhaps some feel a responsibility to do what we can to bring more peace to our little corner of the world.

Currently on this plane, we seem to be in the midst of more chaos than ever. Historically, that is probably not accurate, but the good news is that there is a lot of possibility for many things to be healed right now.

The other good news is that Religious Science, and more specifically LVCSL, has tools (prayer, meditation, contemplation, sound baths, and music) that help shift vibrations and move us toward the realization of our wholeness and oneness. Lastly, the other “other” good news is that we have a brilliant team of people who supported us not just in providing these tools to ourselves, but also to all who chose to be with us in person on Sundays or to tune in online.

Thank you, Aldo, Karen, Juanita, Lauren, Patty, Dave, the choir, Monique for the beautiful ASL interpertation, those ministers, practitioners, and member (Andi Glenn) who wrote the Peace Pockets, and the entire Ministry of Prayer Team for stepping in to create more peace for each of us. That hour (75 minutes) of peace afforded each of us an opportunity to uplift and inspire others this week.

Thank you, MOP Team, for the beautiful gifts you gave Rev Cheryl and me. To be honest, the fact that we have all of you who are willing to contribute to revealing the truth on this plane, aka reveal wholeness, is the best gift, and you recognizing the two of us with a beautiful gift is a close second. A million Thank Yous for all the time, talent, and treasure, and most of all your consciousness, which inspires me more each day.
