According to Merriam-Webster’s online dictionary, a paradox is a statement that is seemingly contradictory or opposed to common sense and yet is perhaps true. New Thought is a contradictory example because new thought teachings are based upon old Truths, so there is nothing “new” about it.
Dear Family and Friends,
We who believe in the teachings and principles that Centers for Spiritual Living teach realize that we are perfect spiritual beings living in an imperfect human world, so for many of us, embracing the paradox mindset is normal. Those of us who have embraced this mindset know that it requires us to be “open at the top .”Being open at the top means that we don’t close our thoughts or minds to the evolution of life.
We see and embrace the new, yet we know that as long as we stand firmly in principle, there is never anything to fear because we are One with that which is Changeless and Loving. Let’s embrace the paradox mindset as we move through this transitional time in the world, and perhaps we will find our way toward creating a world that works for all or at least more.
