Dear Friends and Family,
Thank you Patty for singing my favorite Christmas Song! The lyrics remind me of our mission to create a world that works for everyone. The music was spectacular and I trust that those that attended on Sunday enjoyed our Holiday Service. The energy of love was almost palpable.
We have the ability to celebrate in that way each day. I know some days may be a little tougher than others, but if each of us realizes that there is that presence within that is always with us, and if we choose to trust that with this presence that each of us is always guided, guarded and protected with each and every breath, then it is possible to feel that love always. When we feel that presence of love then it is easy to give it away. That something that I am referring to is the Principle that we call Christ Consciousness.
I also want to thank Yvonne Valerio for suggesting that I volunteer as a truancy judge. She has taken on that role as well and because of this, we are able to connect to the children and families of our larger community. Yvonne you are truly a blessing to Rev Cheryl and me, as well as this Center. I am so grateful to each of you that gave money to help with the family that needed assistance with gifts for three children. With your help, the Center provided gifts for not only the children, but we were also able to provide a gift card for mom as well.
We are such a loving and generous group and we are now moving our love to expand our circle. I am truly grateful and honored to be a part of this community. Thank you for the gift of each of you. Rev Cheryl and I have big plans for next year so rest up, enjoy your families over the holidays and keep being the very best of who you are.
Happy Hanukkah & Merry Christmas,
