THE GOD SQUAD

Our Youth Ministry, coined by the children as "The God Squad" is committed to providing a safe, loving and joyful environment where children of all ages may experience their highest God Self.  We are so blessed to have wonderful teachers who volunteer their time and talent willingly and lovingly.  Our teachers support the children as they are awakened to their magnificence. 

Each month we focus on a particular theme, which encompasses values that enhance not only ourselves, but our world as well.  The teachers have their individual styles of teaching, but the monthly theme is always included as part of the lesson.  There may be crafts, songs, stories, plays, games and sharing to make their time together fun and thought provoking. 

Ours is an open door policy and parents are able to come sit in and see what the children are doing.  In fact, we welcome your presence!  The God Squad currently has children from 4 through 11 years old attending our Sunday school.  All children 3 and under are babysat in our nursery. We currently have 7 teachers, but are always looking for more people to round out our group of volunteers.

It is our intention to divide the class into an older and younger class, i.e. Pre-K through 3rd grade and 4th grade and up. We know that as more teachers come forward, more children will come.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of us.
